2. Print and Fill Out

Print and fill out the application. Each co-resident and each occupant over 18 must submit a separate application. Note that an $25 application fee is required for each application submitted.  Click on this link for Rental Criteria.

3. Fax It In

Fax the application(s) to us at (559) 277-8220. Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information. 

NOTE: Submitting this rental application is the beginning of the application process. 

1.  Deposit

The standard deposit required for move-in is $500 for a 2 BDRM/2 BA Home & $600 for a 3 BDRM/2 BA Home.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.

An additional pet deposit will apply.  The additional deposit is $600.  Breed Restrictions Apply.

One (1) Gate/Garage Remote is provided per apartment home.  For each additional remote, we require a separate deposit of $30.

2.  Rents/Lease Terms

Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; Month-to-Month*, 4 through 13 month leases available.

We are a Pet Friendly Community and offer special features for our Residents with pets including a "Bark Park."  Pet Rents are an additional $30 per month, per pet ($35 per month, per pet for apartments with yards).
